Plan 1 does not include any commercial tag and allows private and/or public live streaming for 1-4 cameras.  The bandwidth is limited to a maximum of 400Kbps but may, at times, be less.  This provides excellent quality for serious Internet applications that require extra video resolution.  To use Plan 2 you must agree to the terms.  If you wish to send video and/or audio over the Plan 2 medium you must sign up, agree to the terms and pre-pay for the service.
